How order tracking works
Enter the order number from your confirmation page or email, along with the email or phone number you used at checkout.
What each status means
- Order placed — we have received your order.
- Payment confirmed — your payment has been verified.
- Printing & packing — your personalised product is being made and quality-checked.
- Shipped — your parcel is on its way. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
- Delivered — enjoy your gift!
