Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was listed incorrectly, or the order appears fraudulent. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Bulk and corporate orders may have separate pricing and timelines, confirmed in writing.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pincodes.

You are responsible for the text, images and logos you submit. Please check spelling, names and dates before ordering.
By uploading a design you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may refuse designs that are offensive, illegal or infringe someone else's trademark or copyright.
AI previews are a close guide to the final product. Small differences in colour, size and placement can occur because of screen settings and the printing process.

Personalised products are made to order. Usual dispatch time is 2–4 working days; urgent orders are prioritised.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather or festivals.
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct.
